Tesco Compare has launched a new seasonal newsletter and we’re asking customers for their feedback on it. In return, you’ll be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win one of 50 charcoal kettle barbeques.

Terms and Conditions

(a) Prize draw open to customers and non-customers aged 18 or over who are UK residents. Draw not open to employees of Tesco Personal Finance Compare Ltd or Monitor Media, their families or anyone associated with this draw.

(b) (One entry per person). Entries are not returnable. Customers who submit their feedback on the Summer newsletter to Tesco Compare, via the link on the newsletter or online. Deadline for submitted feedback is midnight on the 10th July 2009.

(c) To enter without submitting feedback, please post your name and contact details to: Tesco Compare Newsletter Prize Draw, Tesco Compare, 3 Princess Way, Redhill, Surrey RH1 1NP. No purchase or quotation necessary.

(d) Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible will be disqualified. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of entry.

(e) Winners will be drawn at random on the 14th July 2009 and informed by email on the 15th July 2009. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is not transferable and no cash alternative is available. The winners names will be published in the subsequent Tesco Compare newsletter once they have been contacted. The winners will be required to provide their home addresses for delivery purposes.

(f) Winners will be informed by email which will be sent on the 15th July 2009. A list of winners will also be available from this date by sending an SAE to Tesco Compare Newsletter Prize Draw, Tesco Compare, 3 Princess Way, Redhill, Surrey RH1 1NP. The winners names will also be published in the subsequent Tesco Compare Newsletter.

(g) The winners agree to take part in publicity in connection with this prize draw.

(h) If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner[s] the promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winner[s] for having done so.

(i) The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.
