A. Simply Business work with a panel of leading insurers specialising in business cover, including AXA, Zurich, Hiscox, Royal & Sun Alliance, Glemham, Finsbury and Groupama. The quotes from these insurers are based on your individual information and are ready for you to buy instantly.

Q. How do I contact Simply Business about my business insurance quotes?

A. If you need to contact Simply Business about your quotes, you should call the insurance team on 0845 450 9959. Max call charge from a BT landline is 6p plus up to 2p per minute. Calls from other networks may vary. Calls may be recorded.

Q. How do I know if a quote is right for my business?

A. You won’t just get the price with your quotes – you can view the actual policy documents too. That means you can make an informed decision based on the cover as well as the price.

Q. How can I pay for my policy?

A. When you buy your business insurance through Simply Business you can choose to pay the entire premium upfront by credit or debit card or set up a direct debit and pay in monthly instalments. If you choose to pay monthly, there may be a charge for credit provided.

Q. When will I receive my policy documents?

A. Business insurance from Simply Business doesn’t come with reams of paperwork that you’ll never read. They will supply your insurance documents instantly via an online account. This gives you the flexibility to download or print them at your convenience. The documents are stored in your account for the life of the policy so you can access and print them as many times as you like.

Q. How do I view my policy online?

A. Simply visit the Simply Business website and login to your account. You’ll be asked for a username, which is the email address you gave on your form, and a password which you also gave on the form.

Q. After I submit my form when will I be contacted?

A. If you decide not to buy your insurance straight away, Simply Business will send you an email with your quotes and account details or the details of the company that will be contacting you if no quotes were found for you. This may be a broker. You should be contacted within 48 hours of submitting the form.

Q. Will I get a refund if I cancel my policy?

A. There is a 14 day cooling off period on business insurance policies, within which you can cancel without paying a fee. All you pay is for the time you have been covered by the policy. After 14 days you will also be charged a cancellation fee.

Q. How do I renew my policy?

A. Simply Business will send you an email reminder starting 21 days before your policy ends. To renew, you simply need to login to your account and follow the on-screen instructions.
You will receive a new set of quotes, based on your latest information which gives you the choice of sticking with your current insurer or going for a better price or policy with another.

A. Claims should be made directly with your insurer. The contact details for your insurer will be on your policy documentation, which is stored in your online account.
